These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the workspace and services provided by O17. By making a booking or purchasing a membership through the Cobot platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings & Memberships

Bookings and memberships are managed through the Cobot platform.

We offer:

Hourly workspace bookings

Daily workspace bookings

Monthly memberships

Private office rentals

All bookings and memberships are subject to availability.

2. Nature of the Agreement

This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the workspace and related services during your booked reservation or active membership.

This Agreement does not create a tenancy, lease, or any exclusive right to occupy any part of the premises.

3. Access

Access is permitted only during your booked reservation or active membership period unless otherwise agreed.

Access credentials, entry codes, or digital access permissions are personal and must not be shared.

We reserve the right to suspend access where necessary for maintenance, safety, emergencies, or operational reasons.

4. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Membership cancellations must be submitted before the next renewal date through the applicable process. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Payments & Renewals

All bookings and memberships must be paid in advance through the payment methods made available on the Cobot platform.

Payments may be processed through trusted providers including PayPal, Stripe, or our point-of-sale (POS) terminal.

One-time bookings are charged at the time of reservation.

Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in suspension of access, cancellation of future bookings, or termination of membership.

We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice. Updated pricing will apply only to future bookings or renewal periods.

6. Use of the Workspace

Members and guests agree to:

Use the premises respectfully and professionally.

Respect the privacy and quiet working environment of others.

Keep offices and shared areas clean and tidy.

Use furniture, equipment, and facilities responsibly.

Follow all posted rules and instructions.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Guests

Guests are permitted only within the maximum capacity of the booked office or with prior approval.

The Member or booking holder is responsible for the conduct of all guests.

8. Office Capacity

The maximum occupancy of each office must not exceed its stated capacity.

9. Internet & Data Security

High-speed shared Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience.

While we take reasonable measures to maintain a reliable and secure network, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete protection against cyber threats.

Members are responsible for securing their own devices, maintaining appropriate antivirus software, and protecting the confidentiality of their data.

The network must not be used for unlawful activities or in any way that could compromise its security or performance.

10. Amenities

Coffee, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and other amenities are provided for the convenience of Members and guests.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or temporarily suspend amenities without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

11. Personal Property

Members and guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless required by applicable law.

12. Safety

Members and guests must:

Follow all safety instructions.

Keep emergency exits clear.

Immediately report hazards, accidents, or damage.

Cooperate with emergency procedures when required.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

Illegal or unlawful activities.

Storage or use of hazardous, flammable, or dangerous materials.

Behaviour that disturbs, threatens, or harasses others.

Activities that interfere with the normal operation of the workspace.

Misuse of internet services or workspace equipment.

14. Storage

Unless expressly included within a membership or rental agreement, personal belongings may not be stored on the premises outside an active booking.

Items left behind may be removed after a reasonable period.

15. Pets

Pets are permitted only with prior approval from management and must remain under the owner's control at all times.

Owners are responsible for any damage, cleaning, or disruption caused by their pets.

16. Children

Children are welcome only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult and must not disturb other Members or interfere with the operation of the workspace.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service interruptions, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.

18. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any booking or membership immediately where:

payment remains outstanding;

these Terms are materially breached;

the Member or their guests engage in unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct;

the Member or their guests intentionally damage the premises or equipment; or

continued use of the workspace adversely affects the safety, security, or enjoyment of other Members.

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from our negligence.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or losses resulting from temporary interruptions to utilities, internet connectivity, or other services beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

20. Changes to Membership

Members may request to upgrade, downgrade, or change their membership plan, subject to availability and applicable pricing.

Changes may take effect immediately or from the next billing period, depending on the selected membership.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available through the Cobot platform and will apply to future bookings and memberships from the date of publication.

22. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
